CHIROPRACTIC AND ACTIVE RELEASE

Our approach to chiropractic aims to correct movement patterns and address the underlying cause of injury, while also providing symptom relief. We use a manual therapy approach – a combination of manipulation or mobilization to restore range of motion to the joints of the body, with soft tissue treatment techniques and individualized rehabilitation. This approach is a highly effective method for addressing injury and movement dysfunctions. Chiropractors are primary health practitioners in Alberta, specifically trained to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries.

Our Chiropractors all utilize Active Release and Graston techniques, along with laser therapy, acupuncture, IMS, taping and exercise rehabilitation. Combined, these are the most effective approach for the treatment of sports injuries and overuse conditions.

Active Release and Graston technique are soft tissue therapies that are a key component of our treatment approach. They are highly effective in mobilizing soft tissue, improving range of motion and reducing symptoms since restoring proper muscle function enables the body to perform at its most efficient level.

Whether you’re an athlete or weekend warrior looking to improve, or need assistance in recovering from injury or surgery, our Chiropractic team can help you reach your goals.
