Bootcamp

No other group fitness class delivers our level of service or results. Our difference is that we pay attention to you as an individual, even in a group setting. We ensure that every client is doing the exercises right so that you get the best result from your workout.

In this 60 minute high intensity group session you’ll focus on improving strength and overall fitness. Each class combines foundational skills like planking and fitness intervals with kettlebells, sleds, track work, agility ladders, battle ropes, and monkey bars to keep workouts challenging.

FEE:

  • Month to month membership designed for unlimited training and results- $150 (Membership valid for one month from sign up date.)
  • 10 class punch pass – $150
  • Drop-in class fee is $20
  • Try your first class free
