Natalie graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015, receiving instruction from premier practitioners on the latest evidence-based rehabilitation methods and manual therapies. She is also trained in dry needling, including both intramuscular stimulation (IMS), and anatomical acupuncture. Natalie has a Bachelor of Kinesiology and has pursued advanced training in exercise rehabilitation and fundamental core activation through the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine with applications and modifications to weightlifting and traditional yoga to address muscle imbalances, discomfort, and athletic performance.
